The service is available to individuals, businesses, self-managed super funds (SMSFs), and trusts.
Comprehensive reports, invoices, and transaction histories are provided for 30 June each year to support SMSF audit and compliance requirements.

Register securely through AGC's Investor Centre to open your account.
Buy and sell gold and silver online at any time, with payments made by bank transfer or from cash reserves held with AGC.
Monitor the value of your bullion and cash holdings in your AGC account from any location.
Withdraw assets as physical bullion bars or transfer cash directly to your nominated bank account.
You may deposit physical bullion into your designated pool account by bringing it to our boutique, where the weight will be credited within 24 hours.
Once credited to your pool balance, it can be managed through your Investor Centre account, which is protected by security facility codes.
Our support team provides customer service and direct assistance with any enquiries.
Pool holdings can be withdrawn as physical bullion bars or coins, with a barring fee charged as the difference between the pooled metal price and the physical product price.
For example, if the pooled gold value is $3,800 and the AGC cast bar price is $3,830, the barring fee will be $30.
